Maslin on King’s “Duma Key”

Janet Maslin reviews Stephen King’s latest novel, Duma Key (Amazon), for the New York Times. She muses on the changing nature of horror in his work. I like the fact that he’s developed his horror and mutated it into the quiet, controlled way disturbances. No, he’s not the cutting edge or perhaps the force that he was but his novels still have a charm.
