Public Domains and Private Thoughts
I suspect that Michel Faber’s going blind after reviewing Lost Girls by Alan Moore and Melinda Gebbie now that the Peter Pan is finally out of copyright. Predictably the moral minority is up in arms but stuff it. Life’s too darn sort to care.
The Newsarama blog also has news on the works of Edith Wharton, Don Marquis and HP Lovecraft have also come into the public domain. I hope that somebody does something excellent with them.
