Egmont Press have been in touch regarding a competition running on the Daily Telegraph‘s website about their book Mirrorscape by Mike Wilks. His trademark is to pop a snail into each illustration so the link is “Find the Snail for a chance to win £5,000″. He has created an exclusive version of the Map of Vlam (the setting for his new novel, Mirrorscape) which has a concealed snail.
Those who enter get a chance to win £5,000 worth of Premium Bonds for the children of under 17 and all entries must be received by November 5th (so it’ll end with a bang then?).
Mirrorscape is the story of Melkin Womper, son of the village weaver, is apprenticed to the painter, Abrosius Wenk.
