Yatterings

Caught the second episode of Supernatural a couple of nights ago on ITV2. Its getting better - really didn’t like the resolve of the first episode. The writers left season one on a reasonable cliffhanger but seemed unsure as to get out of it initially. The change of direction may help widen the show (there were episodes of saminess because of the small cast). Having got them together, are the writers trying to split the brothers apart again? Will they take to their new found family (or is it a little too cosy?)? I’ll keep watching since its harmless entertainment but the teen market could do with getting away from sub-Buffy, supernatural series and try to do something else with genre.
